Where is my order?
Your tracking link is in your shipping confirmation email. If your parcel hasn't arrived or the tracking hasn't moved, send us a message with your order number and we'll look into it.
Can I return my glow board?
Yes. You can request a return within 14 days of receiving your order, as long as it's unused and in its original packaging. Choose "Returns & refunds" above and send us your order number, and we'll guide you through it. If it arrives faulty or damaged, contact us right away and we'll make it right. The light pen isn't lighting up. What should I do?
Check that the batteries are fitted the right way round and that the on/off switch is on. Draw in a dim room for the brightest glow. Still not working? Send us a message and we'll sort it out.
